The "TOKE (Melting) Pack" from Chūnihon Highway Maintenance Hokuriku Co., Ltd. (Maintenance Hokuriku) is an all-weather pothole repair material that allows for short construction times and safe work. By using a water-soluble film for the outer bag, it disappears due to watering or rain, improving adhesion to existing pavement.
